This beautiful 4 year old was born with prominent ears that not only stuck out too far from her head, but were also missing some of the normal anatomical landmarks of the ear (the anti-helical fold).
She underwent an otoplasty “ear pinning”, where her ears were not only repositioned closer to her head, but the normal folds of the ear were also recreated for a more anatomically correct appearance.
She loves her results and couldn’t wait to wear her hair in a ponytail and show off her cute new ears!
