This patient has disliked her nose for her entire adult life. She felt that it stuck out too far from her face, her nostrils were too large, and she didn’t like the bump on her bridge. She finally pursued having it fixed. This afer photo is 3 weeks out from surgery with some post operative swelling that will continue to lessen, she couldn’t be happier with her natural appearing “new cute nose”.
