This is a beautiful female in her early 60's who had previously undergone a "mini facelift" with another provider where only skin was addressed, and she had noticed a recurrence of the unwanted sagging in her neck and jowl area. She was interested in re-addressing this area, but also hoping to get more longevity out of the surgery this time. Dr. Pennington performed a deep plane lower facelift and necklift that does not pull on the skin at all but only lifts under the muscle layer so the face looks soft and smooth, not pulled or unnatural as so many women do after a facelift.
