This beautiful patient in her 20s presented to Dr. Pennington with concerns about the crookedness of her nose and her difficulty breathing. She was not happy with her nose medically or cosmetically. She felt that her profile was out of proportion and just wanted her features to fit her face and be more balanced while still looking like herself!

After a in-depth surgical consult with Dr. Pennington she elected to undergo a septoplasty to improve her breathing, rhinoplasty (nose job) to approve the appearance (straighten her nose and make more proportionate to her features while removing hump), with a chin augmentation to balance her profile.
