This patient in her 70s has felt like she had a weak jawline for years made worse by aging. This is a beautiful patient disliked the hump in her nose and how it dived when she smiled. She also wanted a more defined tip. She reported being asked if she was tired or not feeling well despite feeling fine. After a consultation with Dr. Pennington, she elected to undergo an upper and lower Blepharoplasty, as well as a lateral browlift. She is so happy with her results. This beautiful patient in her 50s presented to Dr. Pennington with concerns of wrinkles on her forehead and around her eyes, she felt it made her look aged and tired.
After a consultation with Dr. Pennington, she decided to have Botox placed in her forehead and around her eyes. Dr. Pennington gave her a “Botox brow lift” that gives a natural rested and more youthful appearance.
Otoplasty
This beautiful 4 year old was born with prominent ears that not only stuck out too far from her head, but were also missing some of the normal anatomical landmarks of the ear (the anti-helical fold).
She underwent an otoplasty “ear pinning”, where her ears were not only repositioned closer to her head, but the normal folds of the ear were also recreated for a more anatomically correct appearance.

This patient presented to Dr. Pennington unhappy with the texture of his skin due to acne scarring and aging. After a consultation and recommendation, he elected to undergo Radio Frequency Microneedling with PRP (plasma rich platelets). He had a noticeable difference after just one treatment.
