This patient in her 60s came to Dr. Pennington believing she might not be “fixable” and felt disconnected from her reflection. During a thoughtful consultation, she and Dr. Pennington created a personalized plan that included a deep plane facelift, extended neck lift, lip lift, brow lift, blepharoplasty, and erbium laser resurfacing. These procedures worked together to restore facial balance, improve skin texture, and reveal the vibrant woman she always was. Now, she feels renewed and more confident than she has in years.
