This beautiful patient was interested in lip enhancement because she was bothered by her overall lip volume and felt like her top lip disappeared when she smiled. After a thorough discussion of options, the filler Juvéderm Ultra (to add volume) and a small amount of BOTOX® Cosmetic onabotulinumtoxinA to be placed above the lip (for a lip flip- relaxes the muscle around the mouth) was selected based on her anatomy and goals. She is very happy with her results and should expect them to last around 12 months!
