Executive Leadership

Dr. Lindsey Pennington, MD

Dr. Lindsey Pennington is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon in Shreveport, Louisiana, and the founder of Lindsey Pennington, MD Facial Plastics. She is the first female double board certified facial plastic surgeon in the state of Louisiana to own and operate her own solo private practice. Her practice focuses exclusively on surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, bringing together advanced surgical training, a refined aesthetic eye, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Pennington is board certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. She has also been elected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), a distinction that reflects her commitment to the highest standards of surgical training and clinical excellence in the field.

Dr. Pennington earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed her medical degree at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, graduating with research honors. She then completed her residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) in Shreveport, where she received multiple research awards, including the Basic Science Research Award at the annual Resident Research Forum and Symposium.

Following residency, Dr. Pennington completed an additional year of fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at LSUHSC under the mentorship of Drs. Stucker and Lian. This fellowship provided intensive, focused surgical training in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face and neck, building on her five years of head and neck surgical experience.

Dr. Andrew Larson, MD

Dr. Andrew Larson is an ABA board-certified anesthesiologist with deep roots in Louisiana and a strong commitment to safe, personalized surgical care. A native of South Louisiana, he earned his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University before pursuing his medical degree at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center and has been practicing in Shreveport since 2012.

With over 17 years of clinical experience, Dr. Larson spent almost 12 years as a partner in a high-volume private anesthesia practice, where he honed his skills in a wide range of surgical settings and developed a reputation for calm, precise, and patient-centered care. He is now proud to serve as the dedicated anesthesiologist and Medical Director at Evangeline Surgical Suites, the private outpatient surgery center at Pennington Facial Plastics. In this role, he works closely with Dr. Lindsey Pennington to ensure every procedure benefits from seamless teamwork, advanced monitoring, and a focus on comfort and safety.

His engineering background and hands-on experience have shaped his approach to anesthesia planning—always thoughtful, individualized, and designed to support optimal surgical outcomes in a calm, concierge-style environment. Patients appreciate Dr. Larson’s reassuring presence and clear communication on surgery day.

Stayce is a lifelong resident of DeSoto Parish and a proud graduate of North DeSoto High School. She values the close-knit feel of small-town life, where everyone knows one another.

In 2021, Stayce began a new career with Lindsey Pennington, MD Facial Plastics as the Front Office Coordinator. She quickly adapted to the facial plastics and aesthetics field, gaining valuable knowledge in skincare, facial rejuvenation, and cosmetic procedures. Using her management background, Stayce plays a key role in ensuring the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Committed to ongoing professional growth, Stayce continues to expand her education through Pennington Facial Plastics by attending specialized training courses, learning about new techniques, and becoming well-versed in medical-grade skincare and aesthetic treatments. This allows her to better assist patients with skincare recommendations and the scheduling process for facial plastic surgery.

Outside of the office, Stayce enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking, making memories with her three children, and cheering them on in activities ranging from cheerleading to archery competitions. As a family, they love staying busy and embracing life on the go together.

Lindsey is passionate about all things outdoors, and she adores her Rottweiler- Biggie and cat- Bojangles. But one of her greatest passions lies in the world of plastic surgery. She genuinely loves helping patients feel more confident and empowered—offering guidance, reassurance, and support throughout every step of their surgical journey.

Taylor Wiggins is a resident of south Bossier and was born on Barksdale Air Force Base. Taylor is a proud Parkway High School alumni and graduated in 2012. Taylor attended Paul Mitchell the School of Shreveport for esthetics and looks forward to implementing her education and training with Pennington Facial Plastics into her services as a medical aesthetician. Away from the office, Taylor enjoys continuing education in her field, spending time/traveling with her fiancé and three year old daughter.

Kensey is a lifelong resident of Shreveport Louisiana where she graduated from Norhtwood High School. Shortly after graduating, Kensey started on her journey towards earning her bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University Shreveport where she intends to graduate in 2024. In between her studies, she has also obtained her certification as a laser technician.

Kensey is very passionate about all things laser and truly loves guiding her patients while achieving their goals of feeling beautiful and confident!

When Kensey isn’t behind the laser or furthering her education, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors with her many dogs.
