Executive Leadership

Dr. Lindsey Pennington, MD

Dr. Lindsey Pennington is proud to be the only female facial plastic surgeons in the state of Louisiana with her own solo private practice focusing on both non-invasive and surgical facial rejuvenation. Dr. Pennington has deep roots in Louisiana starting when she obtained her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She then when on to graduate from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine with research honors. After completing residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Louisiana Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, she went on to complete an additional year of surgical training in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery under the prestigious Dr. Stucker, an accomplished past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. Next, Dr. Pennington pursued additional externships with Dr. McCoullough in Gulf Shores, AL and Dr. Jacono in New York City to expand her surgical knowledge with the guidance of these world-renowned surgeons in the facial plastic surgery community.
 
Dr. Pennington returned to Shreveport in 2017 and opened her own office, Lindsey Pennington MD Facial Plastics on Line Ave. She offers a unique female perspective on a number of medical and surgical procedures, such as Botox and dermal fillers to more advanced surgical techniques in facial rejuvenation. Her office also offers customary medical grade skin care, and a range of advanced medical grade lasers and esthetic services. If Dr. Pennington is not at the office, she can be found spending time with her daughter, and husband at one of their many community investment projects around Shreveport.

Dr. Souyoul, MD

Dr. Skylar Souyoul is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her resume includes participation in numerous clinical trials including the trials for the FDA approval of the latest neuromodulators, Jeuveau and DAXXIFY, and the first and only injection for cellulite, Qwo. She is an expert in Botox, Kybella, Dysport, Sculptra, Radiesse, and the Juvederm and Restylane family of fillers. She is also proficient with chemical peels and lasers. While her resume is impressive, her philosophy is simple, “I want my patient to look and feel like her best version”.
 
A graduate from Tulane University School of Medicine, Dr. Souyoul completed her dermatology residency at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans where she served as chief resident in her final year. After completing residency, Dr. Souyoul spent three years working and training in New Orleans with Dr. Mary Lupo, one of the country’s leading experts in the field of non-surgical skin rejuvenation. Dr. Souyoul relocated to Shreveport with son and husband, Dr. Tyler Plauche M.D., a radiologist at Diagnostic Imaging Associates.

Stayce is a born and raised native of DeSoto parish where she attended school and graduated from North DeSoto High School. After graduating, she quickly found her role in childcare management where she spent the next eleven years.
 
Stayce started a new career with Lindsey Pennington, MD Facial Plastics as the Front Office Coordinator. Stayce intends to use her background in management to help keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently.
 
Stayce loves being able to continue her education with Pennington Facial Plastics, by attending different training courses where she learns new information, where she can better help patients with skincare or assisting in scheduling facial plastic surgery.
 
When Stayce isn’t at the office, you can find her in the kitchen baking or cooking and spending time with her three children. They enjoy staying busy and being on the go together as much as possible.

Taylor Wiggins is a resident of south Bossier and was born on Barksdale Air Force Base. Taylor is a proud Parkway High School alumni and graduated in 2012. Taylor attended Paul Mitchell the School of Shreveport for esthetics and looks forward to implementing her education and training with Pennington Facial Plastics into her services as a medical aesthetician. Away from the office, Taylor enjoys continuing education in her field, spending time/traveling with her fiancé and three year old daughter.

Kensey is a lifelong resident of Shreveport Louisiana where she graduated from Norhtwood High School. Shortly after graduating, Kensey started on her journey towards earning her bachelor’s degree at Louisiana State University Shreveport where she intends to graduate in 2024. In between her studies, she has also obtained her certification as a laser technician.

Kensey is very passionate about all things laser and truly loves guiding her patients while achieving their goals of feeling beautiful and confident!

When Kensey isn’t behind the laser or furthering her education, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors with her many dogs.
