Step 1: Reaching Out
When you reach out to our office through a phone call, email, social media message, or online inquiry form, your first point of contact will be our surgical coordinator.
At this stage, the surgical coordinator gathers important information about you, including your goals, concerns, medical history, and what specifically prompted you to explore facial rejuvenation. This conversation is designed to be informative and comfortable, not rushed or transactional.
If photographs are submitted through the inquiry form, **Dr. Lindsey Pennington personally reviews them before any recommendations are discussed. Every inquiry image is evaluated directly by Dr. Pennington so that each patient receives an individualized and medically informed assessment from the very beginning.
Based on your goals and submitted images, our team can provide a personalized and customized price estimate, along with general guidance regarding procedure options, expected recovery, and what a surgical journey may involve.
For out of town patients, this step also includes an overview of available concierge services, such as travel coordination, accommodations, transportation, and post operative care support. The goal is to ensure patients feel prepared and supported before scheduling a consultation.
Once this initial process is complete, the surgical coordinator will assist with scheduling your consultation with Dr. Pennington, either in person or virtually, depending on your preference.
Step 2: Preparing for Your Consultation
Before your consultation, patients are asked to complete a series of forms so Dr. Pennington can review medical history, medications, and overall health in advance. This preparation allows the consultation to be focused, efficient, and tailored specifically to each patient’s needs.
For virtual consultations, the surgical coordinator provides clear instructions for securely submitting photographs and medical information ahead of time.
Step 3: Your In Person Consultation
Upon arrival at our Shreveport office, patients meet with the surgical coordinator to review health history in detail. Because facial procedures are both medical and aesthetic, this step ensures all relevant factors that may influence healing and results are fully understood.
Clinical photographs are then taken from multiple angles. These include both static and dynamic positions, such as smiling, resting, and gentle forward positioning.
