Dr. Lindsey Pennington: Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon In Shreveport
Dr. Lindsey Pennington is proud to be the first female double board certified facial plastic surgeon in the state of Louisiana with her own solo private practice focusing on both non-invasive and surgical facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Pennington has deep roots in Louisiana, starting when she obtained her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She then went on to graduate with research honors from medical school. After completing residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery, she went on to complete an additional year of surgical training in facial plastics and reconstructive surgery, under a president of the American Academy of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dedicated to excellence in facial rejuvenation, Dr. Pennington has traveled extensively to study with world-renowned surgeons, continually refining her technique and expanding her expertise. She is internationally recognized for her work in deep-plane facelifts and structural neck lifts, and lectures globally on facial aging, surgical innovation, and evidence-based recovery. We offer concierge level postoperative services with assistance in overnight nursing that’s included in surgical fees, advanced recovery protocols assistance with coordinating sitter services, transportation and low sodium low inflammatory pro healing meal planning with a local chef meal prep service.
Dr. Pennington returned to Shreveport in 2017 and opened her own office, Lindsey Pennington MD Facial Plastics on Line Ave. She offers a unique female perspective on a number of medical and surgical procedures, such as Botox and dermal fillers, to more advanced surgical techniques in facial rejuvenation.
Her office also offers customary medical grade skin care, and a range of advanced medical grade lasers and esthetic services. If Dr. Pennington is not at the office, she can be found spending time with her children and husband at one of their many community investment projects around Shreveport.
