This patient presented to Dr. Pennington with complaints of trouble breathing through her nose as well as cosmetic complaints of a crooked, collapsed nose. She had previously undergone a rhinoplasty and subsequently had nasal trauma, resulting in a collapsed nose she couldn’t breath through. After a consultation with Dr. Pennington, she elected to undergo a functional rhinoplasty and a septoplasty to correct her issues. Multiple cartilage and facial grafts were used to rebuild the structure of her nose helping to improve the strength, stability, and appearance. She is so happy with her natural results. She “can finally breath through her nose” and is no longer insecure about the appearance of her nose.
