This beautiful patient in her 40's has always disliked her nose and felt it was too large for her face. She underwent a rhinoplasty to remove the dorsal hump, deproject (make stick out less far), narrow, and decrease the size and angle of her nostrils. She is ecstatic with her results. She feels that it's a natural looking nose that fits her features ("this is the nose I was always supposed to have").
